Infrsatructure and Technical Services Department

The Infrastructure and Technical Services Department is responsible for planning, health & sanitation, developing, implementing, and maintaining the Municipality’s physical structure.  The department ensures that all systems, facilities, function efficiently, reliably, and securely to support Municipal goals.

Core Functions

1. Infrastructure Management

• Design, development, and maintenance of physical infrastructure (buildings, utilities, roads, and facilities, water systems)
• Space planning and optimization
• Asset lifecycle management

2. Technical Services

• Installation, operation, and maintenance of technical systems and equipment
• Electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering support
• Preventive and corrective maintenance programs

• Planning and execution of infrastructure and technical projects
• Budgeting, procurement, and contractor management
• Monitoring project timelines, costs, and quality standards
